Job Summary
We are looking for confident and communication-skilled candidates for the position of Educational Counselor with Aakash Institute. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, handling course enquiries, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and academic programs.
Handle enquiries and explain Aakash Institute programs.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills
Good Hindi & English communication skills.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
