1. Position: Sales Manager

2. Location: Mumbai

3. Experience : 1+ Years

4. Shift :General

5. Week off : Monday to friday ( 2 and 3 saturday off )

Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
  • Set sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds them.
  • Coach, train, and support team members to improve performance and skill development.
  • Monitor individual and team performance through CRM tools and regular reporting.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity.
  • Handle escalations and assist with closing high-value or complex deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services and market trends.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory position is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

Skills Required:

• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

• Excellent spoken and written English, as well as the local language.

• Strong communication skills with diverse age groups.

• Proactive in learning and researching best study options.
