Job Title: Education Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding distance, online, and regular education programs.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to guide students on course selection.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs as per eligibility and career goals.

• Explain course details, fees, admission process, and university partnerships.

• Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, enrollment, and post-admission support.

• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and counseling skills.

• Ability to convince and guide students effectively.

• Basic knowledge of education systems and courses.

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and targets.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Experience in Ed-Tech, academic counseling, or sales is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
