JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives to generate leads, build strong relationships, and drive admissions for our partner universities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and a passion for sales and targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

• Counsel and guide prospective students about programs, universities, and admission process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education partners.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Sales experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication and attitude may also apply).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel if required.
