Associate – Outbound Voice Process
(Sales, Lead Generation, Activation & Retention)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Associate – Outbound Voice Process. The role involves handling outbound sales calls, promoting banking products, generating leads, customer activation, and retention activities while delivering excellent customer service.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers

• Promote and sell banking products such as:

  • Credit Cards

  • Loans

  • Insurance

• Generate leads and achieve sales targets

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information

• Ensure customer activation and retention

• Maintain a customer-first and consultative approach during interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams and share market feedback

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Graduation in any stream is mandatory

Experience

• Freshers can apply

• Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in:

  • BPO

  • Tele-sales

  • Customer Service
    will be preferred

Communication Skills

• Good command of the English language

Age Criteria

• 18 to 32 years

Salary Structure

Freshers
(Depends on interview performance)

Experienced Candidates (BPO/Tele-sales)
(Based on current salary and interview performance)

Experienced Candidates (Insurance Sales)
(Applicable for Thane location only)

Shift Details

• Fixed Day Shift

  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • OR

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Week Off:

  • Alternate Saturdays Off

  • Sunday Fixed Off
