Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Motor Insurance Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, generating motor insurance leads, following up on renewal cases, explaining policy benefits, and converting leads into successful motor insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for motor insurance renewals and new policies.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Explain insurance premiums, policy benefits, add-on covers, and terms to customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into motor insurance business.

• Follow up regularly with customers until policy issuance.

• Maintain proper records of customer calls, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, discounts, policy issuance, and other requirements.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Ensure timely follow-up before policy expiry to avoid missed renewals.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate data and update the CRM/records regularly.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.

• Basic knowledge of Motor Insurance is preferred.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and WhatsApp.

• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Previous experience in insurance, tele calling, tele sales, or automobile sales will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₹12000 – ₹30000 per month + Performance Incentives
