Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Role: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Location: Puducherry

Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year (Relevant Experience Preferred)

Salary: As per Interview

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Support customers and respond to enquiries professionally

• Explain products and services to customers

• Follow up with customers regularly

• Maintain customer records and daily reports

• Coordinate with the team for customer support activities

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English

• Customer handling knowledge is required

• Basic telecalling experience preferred

• Laptop is mandatory

• Positive attitude and professional behaviour

Eligibility:

• Candidates should have basic telecalling or customer support experience

• Must know how to handle customers professionally
