Immediate hiring (female candidates )

Designation : Tele Caller Executive

Looking for Experience : 1 - 3 Years

📍 Location: Pondicherry
🏢 Work Type: Work From Office
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database
Explain services/Memberships to the customers and answer customer questions clearly
Generate leads and fix appointments.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain relationship
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Update all call details and customer info in CRM/Excel.
Skills
- Excellent/ Good communication skills in Tamil & English [Other language added advantage]
- Good listening and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Email
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable with daily calling
