Job Summary

We are hiring a Client Relationship Associate responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and follow-ups. This role involves regular customer engagement, query handling, and coordination with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Handle client calls, queries, and follow-ups professionally

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services

Support the sales team in lead conversion and repeat business

Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Job Requirements

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused and relationship-oriented mindset

Basic computer knowledge

Important Notes

This is a client interaction and relationship management role

Good communication skills in English (spoken and basic written) are mandatory

Candidates must be confident in handling customer conversations over calls

Sales or customer service experience will be an added advantage
