Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate

Job Summary

We are hiring a Client Relationship Associate responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and follow-ups. This role involves regular customer engagement, query handling, and coordination with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Handle client calls, queries, and follow-ups professionally

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services

• Support the sales team in lead conversion and repeat business

• Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Job Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused and relationship-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge

Important Notes

• This is a client interaction and relationship management role

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and basic written) are mandatory

• Candidates must be confident in handling customer conversations over calls

• Sales or customer service experience will be an added advantage
