Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Call Handling
Answer incoming calls from patients and provide accurate information about services, doctors, and appointment availability
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient reminders
Handle missed calls and call-back requests promptly
Appointment Coordination
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as required
Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to manage doctor availability and patient flow
Ensure all appointment details are correctly recorded in the system
Patient Support & Communication
Address patient queries regarding procedures, consultation charges, and clinic timings
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while interacting with patients
Escalate complex medical or billing queries to the appropriate department
Data Entry & Reporting
Maintain accurate call logs and update patient records in CRM or hospital software
Prepare daily call reports, appointment statistics, and follow-up lists
