Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive enrollments for our Banking & Finance programs. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs through structured counseling and sales interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads through calls and digital platforms

• Provide career counseling to students and working professionals

• Explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes clearly

• Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship management

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / EdTech (preferred)

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
