Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers with real estate experience who can confidently handle

customer interactions, generate leads, and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Explain property details, pricing and project features.

• Generate and qualify leads.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with customers.

• Maintain CRM/Excel records.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and either Telugu or Tamil (Mandatory).

• 1–2 years of Real Estate telecalling experience.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• MS Excel / CRM knowledge.

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Profile

• Female candidates preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
