Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing B2B sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for connecting with retailers and distributors, generating orders, and driving business growth through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and prospective B2B customers.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful orders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Promote new products, offers, and schemes to existing and new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/ERP.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Calling.
• Prior experience in mobile accessories, telecom, FMCG distribution, electronics, or related industries will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge of English or regional languages is an added advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and basic computer applications.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
