Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply (0–5 Years)

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Salary Details

₹19,000 per month – Company Laptop Provided
₹20,000 per month – For Candidates with Own Laptop

Shift Details

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Rotational)
6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

Handle post-sales customer support and order-related queries

Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and delivery support

Resolve customer concerns and provide product guidance

Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication

Support operations to ensure smooth customer experience

Preferred Candidate Profile

Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge required
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
