Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve

• Handle personal loan sales through outbound calls and customer follow-ups.

• Guide team members on lead generation, customer handling, and loan application processing.

• Monitor team performance, call quality, productivity, and conversion rates.

• Ensure proper collection of customer documents and accurate loan application submissions.

• Follow up on pending cases, loan logins, approvals, and disbursements.

• Provide regular performance updates and reports to management.

• Train new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer communication.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking partner guidelines.

• Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.

Required Skills

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in personal loan sales or banking/financial services.

• Ability to manage and motivate a telesales team.

• Strong customer-handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of loan documentation, login processes, and disbursement procedures.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Any graduate preferred.

• Prior experience as a Team Leader in Personal Loan or telesales is preferred.
