Shifts: Day / Rotational Shift (6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Off)

About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding Axis Bank products and services (Savings Accounts, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Transactions, and KYC updates).

• Deliver accurate, first-contact resolution for customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

• Log all interactions, complaints, and request tickets into the CRM database accurately.

• Escalate complex or critical banking grievances to the appropriate department following standard compliance protocols.

• Maintain high standards of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and quality parameters.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

• Communication Skills: Good command of spoken English along with fluency in Hindi (mandatory) plus any regional languages (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu).

• Computer Proficiency: Basic system navigation, typing speed, and data entry skills.

• Soft Skills: Active listening, problem-solving attitude, patience, and professional telephone etiquette.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
