  Job Description:

  We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Credit Card to manage and guide a sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in credit card sales.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage a team of credit card sales executives

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

  • Train, motivate, and guide team members

  • Ensure quality sales and compliance with company policies

  • Maintain daily reports and MIS

  • Coordinate with management for performance improvement

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in credit card sales

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of credit card products and processes
