Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Credit Card to manage and guide a sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in credit card sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage a team of credit card sales executives
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Train, motivate, and guide team members
Ensure quality sales and compliance with company policies
Maintain daily reports and MIS
Coordinate with management for performance improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in credit card sales
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of credit card products and processes
