Job Title: Telesales Executive – Loans & Credit Cards

Job Summary:

We are hiring a target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products and credit cards over the phone. The role involves handling outbound calls, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data

• Promote and sell personal loans, business loans, and credit cards

• Explain features, benefits, eligibility, and offers to customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales

• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approval

• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and company policies

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Good telephone etiquette and active listening

• Sales-driven mindset with negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of banking/financial products

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in telesales, credit card sales, or loan sales

• Experience in BFSI sector will be an added advantage
