🧑‍💼 Job Responsibilities

As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting customers/clients for outstanding payments via phone calls, emails, and field visits (if required)

• Tracking, recording, and updating customer account information

• Negotiating payment terms and settlement plans with customers

• Following up with clients to ensure timely repayments

• Handling customer queries and resolving issues related to payments

• Maintaining accurate collection records and preparing reports

• Coordinating with internal teams to update status and escalate high-risk accounts

• Ensuring adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards

• Achieving monthly collection targets and contributing to team performance

📋 Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (or equivalent qualification)

• Goods communication and negotiation skills

• Basic in English & Hindi (local language preferred)

• Good interpersonal skills and customer handling capability

• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus
