📞 Hiring: Tele-Caller (Female Preferred) | 2 Years Exp. in Supply Chain & Working Capital (NBFC/Fintech)

We are looking for a Tele-Caller / Client Coordination Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, or Vendor Financing, preferably with an NBFC or Fintech company.

📍 Location: Noida
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound & outbound calls related to working capital, vendor financing, and loan coordination

• Client follow-ups on applications, documentation, KYC, disbursement status, and repayment schedules

• Coordinating with internal credit, operations & sales teams

• Managing documentation, MIS updates, and follow-ups with vendors/customers

• Assisting in supply chain finance onboarding & customer support

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in NBFC/Fintech, specifically working capital, supply chain finance, or loan processing

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Good knowledge of documentation, KYC, invoicing & payout cycles

• Proactive, confident and good at handling client interactions

• Female candidates preferred
