We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers, explaining company products and services, handling customer queries, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince customers effectively. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain call records are required. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
