We serve thousands of MSMEs, accountants, and enterprises across India, empowering them to make faster decisions, improve cash flow, and enhance productivity. The Center Manager is responsible for leading telesales operations at a single location, managing a team of 40 telecallers and team leaders, base Location: Mohali / Indore / Delhi / Noida. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, improving conversion ratios, and ensuring operational excellence. The role involves team and floor management, sales execution, performance monitoring, training and development, on-ground involvement, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
