Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
Attend business meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
