Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor who will guide prospective students about courses and help them choose the right program according to their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students via phone, video call, or in-person meetings.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain student data and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Provide support and guidance to students throughout the admission process.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and counselling ability.
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–3 years of experience in counselling, education, or sales.
