Role: We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who enjoys interacting with people and building business connections.
The role focuses on engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and turning opportunities into successful deals. It’s a great fit for someone who is enthusiastic, people-focused, and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Management: Work with cold leads provided from the company’s internal database.
● Research & Engagement: Research prospects to understand their business, requirements, and pain points. Initiate contact via calls, emails, or messages and gradually nurture the lead.
● Client Communication: Clearly and confidently explain company offerings, key benefits, and the overall process to prospective clients.
● Lead Conversion: Build rapport, follow up regularly, address objections, and close deals.
● Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and offer relevant additional services based on client needs.
● Post-Closure Coordination: Support client onboarding, documentation, and coordinate with internal teams.
● Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
● Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions in internal systems.
● Target Achievement: Achieve individual and team sales targets to drive business growth.
