Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to acquire and manage corporate clients for services including Company Registration, GST Registration & Compliance, Trademark Registration, and Startup India Registration. The role involves Sales, client consultation, deal closure, and long-term relationship management with startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
B2B Sales (Company registration, GST, Trademark, Startups, SMEs, Dealing with Entrepreneurs).
Sell services such as:
Private Limited / LLP / OPC / Partnership Registration
GST Registration & Compliance
Trademark Registration & IP services
Startup India Registration & related benefits
Conduct consultative sales meetings (calls, video, or in-person).
Understand client business needs and propose suitable compliance solutions.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Client Management
Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling.
Coordination & Process
Ensure proper documentation collection and client onboarding.
Track deal progress and ensure timely closure.
Market & Reporting
Stay updated with changes in company law, GST, trademark, and startup policies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in legal, compliance, CA, or consulting services.
Strong understanding (or ability to learn quickly) of:
Company Registration processes
GST basics
Trademark/IP concepts
Startup India ecosystem
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
Good-to-Have
Experience selling professional or financial services.
