Experiences : Fresher / 0 - 1 year

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary : 20,000 - 30,000 per month (based on skils)

Incentives : 20,000 to 1,00,000 + per month

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with prospective clients.

• Qualify leads and understand client requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate property visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure maximum visit conversions.

• Update client interactions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless client handover.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.
