Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B) – Inside Sales

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation.

- Identify and acquire new B2B clients.

- Manage existing clients and drive business renewals.

- Handle prospects, explain services and negotiate commercials.

- Take leads through the complete sales cycle and close deals.

- Handle client queries and escalations professionally.

- Maintain required documentation and follow company processes.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

- Graduate with good communication skills.

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales.

- Comfortable with cold calling and inside sales.

- Strong client and escalation handling skills.

- Confident, pleasing and go-getter personality.

- Strong interest and aptitude for sales.

- Age: Maximum 30 years.

- Male candidates preferred.

Job Details:

- Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Working Days: 5.5 Days

- 1st, 4th & 5th Saturday: Full Working Day

- Maximum CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

- Interview: Face-to-face, maximum 3 rounds

- Payroll: Third-party payroll for the initial 6 months; based on performance, candidates may move to company payroll after 6 months.
