Job Overview

We are seeking confident and customer-friendly Business Development Associate for our Real Estate office. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, sharing property information, managing CRM data, and coordinating site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls

• Explain property details clearly and professionally

• Follow up with interested leads

• Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates

• Track leads and customer interactions

• Coordinate and schedule site visits

• Handful experience in negotiations part 

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Pleasant voice with a customer-focused approach

Weekly Off : Tuesday

If required to work on Tuesday due to business needs, a compensatory leave will be provided on another working day in the same week or as mutually decided with management.

Incentive Structure

Telecaller Incentive

• 5% of total net profit on each closed deal

• If more than 5 deals are closed in a month: 10% incentive will be applicable on all deals

Example:
If 6 deals are closed, all 6 will receive 10% incentive.

Additional Notes

• Incentives are calculated on a net profit basis

• Management reserves the right to revise the incentive structure based on company performance

• Discipline, punctuality, and target achievement are mandatory for incentive eligibility
