What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and educate them about our insurance policies

• Understand client needs and suggest the best insurance solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

• Collaborate with the team for training, market feedback, and strategy improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Passion for sales and a genuine interest in the insurance industry

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn quickly

• Basic knowledge of computers and willingness to work from our Noida office
