About the Role
HireKarma is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential corporate clients and business opportunities.
Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other channels.
Understand client requirements related to recruitment, campus hiring, and talent solutions.
Pitch HireKarma’s services and create customized solutions based on client requirements.
Schedule and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
Build long-term relationships with HR teams, recruiters, business owners, and decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client delivery.
Maintain regular reports on lead generation, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
Meet assigned business development and revenue targets.
