We are looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, presenting properties, and closing sales.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, and networking
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and follow up for referrals
- Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
*Requirements:*
- 0-3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
