• Handle daily operational coordination and backend support activities.

• Maintain dealer and distributor data records.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth workflow.

• Follow up with dealers/customers regarding orders and requirements.

• Prepare reports, Excel data, and operational updates.

• Manage communication through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Support business development activities from office.

• Maintain proper documentation and customer database.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch updates.

• Ensure timely response to dealer queries and operational issues.
