About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong interest in interiors, architecture, or real estate. This role involves lead generation, client interaction, and driving business growth by converting opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities (residential & commercial projects)
Connect with potential clients via calls, virtual meetings, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects
Collaborate with architects, builders, and property consultants remotely
Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions (CRM/Excel)
Assist in digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales, negotiation, and client handling
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
Ability to manage work independently in a remote setup
