Career Counsellor

We are looking for a Career Counselor who can guide graduates into job-ready tech careers. This role involves understanding candidate goals, advising the right career path, and helping them enroll in programs that lead to real job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with graduates via calls and follow-ups

• Understand candidate background, skills, and career goals

• Guide candidates on suitable tech career paths (Support, Cloud, SRE, etc.)

• Explain our training + placement programs clearly and confidently

• Build trust and help candidates make informed career decisions

• Convert qualified leads into enrollments

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates

• Track interactions and update CRM properly

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

• Ability to explain concepts simply and clearly

• Confidence in handling calls and guiding candidates

• Interest in careers, hiring, or the tech industry

• Prior experience in counseling / inside sales is a plus

• Serious attitude towards targets and outcomes

• High-quality conversations (not just volume calling)

• Good conversion from interested candidates to enrollments

• Candidates feel genuinely guided, not pushed

• Consistent follow-ups and pipeline management
