Position: Business Development Executive
Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calling, referrals, social media, and other sources.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements and preferences.
Explain company projects, services, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
Handle outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Convert leads into potential business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and field teams for smooth lead management.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.
