JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for confident and motivated Sales Executives – Hindi Calling to join our domestic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers in Hindi, explaining company products, handling queries, generating sales, and following up with customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make domestic outbound calls in Hindi and generate sales.

• Explain company sexual wellness products and offers to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and handle queries professionally.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain proper customer and order records.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and order targets.

• Follow company calling and sales procedures.

PERFORMANCE TARGETS

• Monthly Prepaid Sales: ₹50,000

• Delivered Orders: 80 per month

• Additional incentives based on individual performance.

• Monthly recognition and special gifts for top performers.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Good Hindi communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and professional approach while speaking with customers.

• Interest in sales and customer handling.
