Role Overview As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy—engaging with potential clients, converting hot leads into business, and promoting our services. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our customer base and nurturing long-term client relationships. This is an exciting On-site (B-750, B Tower, I-Thum, Sector 62, NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH -201301) opportunity fo someone who thrives in a dynamic, sales- driven environment and is passionate about business development.
3. Key Responsibilities Contactand follow upon hot leads provided by the company. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services and solutions. Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication and sales techniques. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Record and maintain data of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
