About the Role

NIMBUS BPO LIMITED is hiring BPO Telesales Executives for its Motor Vehicle Insurance Process. The role involves handling customer interactions related to motor insurance policies, updating customer data, assisting in policy renewals, and supporting backend insurance documentation. This position offers excellent exposure to the insurance domain with strong growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls related to Motor Vehicle Insurance (Car & Two-Wheeler)

• Assist customers with policy renewals, new policies, and basic insurance queries

• Accurately update and maintain customer and policy-related data

• Verify customer details, documents, and insurance information

• Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities in records

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of insurance cases

• Generate basic reports related to sales, renewals, and customer data

• Maintain complete confidentiality of customer and policy information

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 6 months – 3 years (Motor Insurance / BPO / Telesales preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Comfortable with 6 days working in Day Shift
