About the Role
Home Credit Finance India is looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven Telesales Specialists (Personal Loan Process) to join our growing sales team. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
	•	Make outbound calls to potential customers using the dialer system
	•	Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
	•	Understand customer requirements and close sales
	•	Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
	•	Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
	•	Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines
	•	Provide a positive customer experience on every call
Eligibility & Requirements
	•	Minimum 12th Pass (Mandatory)
	•	Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
	•	4–6 months experience in BPO / Telesales / Customer Support / Calling preferred
	•	Dialer experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
	•	Comfortable with sales targets and incentive-based roles
Skills Required
	•	Strong communication skills
	•	Basic English with good Hindi
	•	Confidence and positive attitude
	•	Persuasion and negotiation skills
	•	Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
