Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Caller – Insurance Sales to generate leads, explain insurance products, and close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases

• Explain insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, General Insurance, etc.) clearly and confidently

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

• Generate and follow up on leads to close sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in telecalling or insurance sales is an advantage

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English and/or regional language)

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, dialing systems)

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Preferred Skills

• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services

• Familiarity with cold calling and lead conversion

• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
