🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers and provide relevant information professionally.

• Maintain and update customer data accurately.

• Verify information and identify discrepancies when required.

• Assist with day-to-day administrative and telecalling activities.

• Prepare basic reports and share updates with the internal team.

• Maintain complete confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
