Team Leader
Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day to day showroom operations .
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead supervise ,and motivation the sales team to achieve monthly targets
2.Handle customer professionally and assist the team in customer queries .
3.Explain gold jewellery products ,
4.Monitor the daily sales ,enquiries ,conversions ,and team performance .
5. Train new team members on product knowledge ,sales techniques, and company policies
6.Prepare daily /weekly sales report and track team achievements
7. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in jewellery /gold retails or a similar sales role
Previous experience in a team- leader
Good communication and customer handling skill
Strong sales and negotiation abilities .
Basic knowledge of gold purity ,checking .
Ability to achieve targets and manage a sales team.
Basic computer knowledge
8. Language required : Kannada ,Tamil ,Telugu ,Manageable English
