Motivate and guide team members for better performance

Handle team issues and provide solutions

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
•
Coordinate with management for updates and improvements
Requirements:
•
Good leadership and communication skills
•
Experience in team handling (Sales / BPO / Operations)
•
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
