Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Team Leader to lead and manage the daily operations of our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, leading a team of 15–20 members, driving operational excellence, and ensuring business growth across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–20 E-commerce Executives, ensuring productivity and performance.

• Allocate daily tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Oversee product listing, catalog management, inventory updates, pricing, and order processing across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

• Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain excellent seller account health.

• Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue.

• Resolve escalated marketplace issues, catalog errors, and operational challenges.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse, logistics, customer support, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations.

• Analyze sales reports, marketplace performance, and operational KPIs to improve efficiency.

• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow and service quality.

• Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and emerging e-commerce technologies.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of 15–20 members.

• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory control, pricing, and order management.

• Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

• Additional certifications in E-commerce or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
