We are looking to hire experienced Solar Sales Representatives with proven expertise in solar panel and battery sales. Candidates must have hands-on experience in closing solar deals and achieving revenue targets, the position offers a salary of ₹30,000 - ₹50,000.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate and close sales for solar and battery solutions.

 Identify and approach residential and commercial clients.

 Conduct client consultations and explain product benefits, ROI, and system specifications.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

 Maintain and update sales pipeline and reports.

 Coordinate with operations for smooth project execution and installation.

 Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.

Job Requirements:

 Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar + Battery Sales (Mandatory).

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 Strong negotiation and closing skills.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Target-driven and self-motivated.
