Position: Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for vehicle scrapping inquiries

• Explain scrapping process, RC cancellation, deregistration, and benefits to customers

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful closures

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth customer processing

• Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM/software

• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Skills :

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities

• Customer-focused approach with professional behavior

• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively

• Basic understanding of automobile documents and processes

• Good follow-up and relationship management skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM Tools)

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-driven mindset

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
