Job Title: Sales Manager (Loan Sales & Lender Coordination)

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 ₹26,000 (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end loan sales, coordinating with lenders, handling leads, and ensuring successful loan disbursements. The candidate should also be capable of leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement

Handle and nurture leads to maximize conversion rates

Coordinate with NBFCs/Banks for smooth processing and approval of loan cases

Maintain strong relationships with lending partners

Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of loan files

Track and follow up on loan applications until disbursement

Lead,guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

Maintain MIS reports and sales data
